Description
This is one of the most special modules of the 3dPdModular system! A set of patched modules (or a single module) connected to its first inlet will be cloned up to eight times! The number of clone instances is set via an eight-position rotary switch. The outputs of the clones are broken out to eight different outlets on the panel, but if you want a mix of them (in case of cloning an oscillator for polyphony, for example), you can mix them all in the first outlet.
This way, you can multiply your modules without needing to do that physically. You can create a beautiful polyphony with oscillators, a special reverb by cloning a delay unit, chorus by cloning a delay combined with a pitch shifter, cascaded filters, and much more!
Note that you must have one MAIN module in your system!
